Το Facebook επιτρέπει στις σελίδες να απαντούν στα reviews

Το Facebook εδώ και λίγους μήνες καθιέρωσε τα reviews των σελίδων, τη βαθμολόγηση τους δηλαδή, σε συνδυασμό με σχόλια που απευθύνονται στη σελίδα.
Μέχρι τώρα, ο διαχειριστής μιας σελίδας δε μπορούσε να επέμβει σε ό,τι αφορά τα reviews της σελίδας του. Δε μπορούσε να επιβραβεύση μια καλή κριτική ή να απαντήσει σε μια αρνητική. Εκτός από την ανάγκη επιβράβευσης ή υπεράσπισης, η διάδραση με το κοινό προβάλλει με τον καλύτερο τρόπο τον ανθρώπινο χαρακτήρα μιας σελίδας, ενώ επίσης ενισχύει τη διάδραση των χρηστών με τη σελίδα.
Ο περιορισμός αυτός, πλέον, αλλάζει. Οι διαχειριστές μιας σελίδας μπορούν να ανταποκριθούν στα reviews των χρηστών, κάνοντας like ή σχολιάζοντας. Αυτή η αλλαγή, για κάποιους μπορεί να φαντάζει μικρή αλλά αποτελεί τεράστιο κίνητρο για διαχειριστές και χρήστες.
Αρχικά οι διαχειριστές των σελίδων αποκτούν τη δύναμη της ανταπάντησης σε κάθε είδους review, θετικό ή αρνητικό. Και η ανταπάντηση των διαχειριστών αποτελεί και το κίνητρο των χρηστών. Είναι πολύ σημαντικό για ένα χρήστη να ξέρει ότι κάποιος τον ακούει και ανταποκρίνεται στα σχόλιά του. Ότι μια κριτική του μπορεί να αποτελέσει σημείο αναφοράς για μια αλλαγή ή μια προσπάθεια αλλαγής. Αντίστοιχα, μια σελίδα θέλει να μπορεί να εκφράσει το ενδιαφέρον της απέναντι στους χρήστες της, αν τους επιβραβεύσει για κάθε κριτική, ακόμη και αρνητική, καθώς με αυτόν τον τρόπο προσαρμόζεται στις ανάγκες των χρηστών, εκφράζοντας έναν πιο ανθρωποκεντρικό χαρακτήρα.
Η διάδραση με το χρήστη, κρατά ένα υψηλό engagement στη σελίδα και το ίδιο συμβαίνει και στην περίπτωση των reviews. Αυτή είναι η «δύναμη» των social media και δεν πρέπει να χαθεί σε καμία περίπτωση.
